1. Introduction

Welcome to Power Love Win. By booking our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

2. Payment Policy

• For all services, clients may opt to pay a deposit to secure their booking or pay the full amount in advance.

• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to hold your space. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your session or retreat, unless a special arrangement has been made.

• Full Payment: Clients who choose to pay in full will be required to make the entire payment at the time of booking.

• Balance Payment Exception: In some cases, we may make an exception to allow the balance to be paid the morning of your session. This arrangement must be discussed and confirmed with us in advance.

• All payments are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our services.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, due to the nature of our services, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session: The amount paid will be forfeited.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Your payment will be applied to reschedule for a new date, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling Conditions: Rescheduled sessions must be for the same service originally booked (e.g., an Energy Block Reading and Clearing cannot be applied toward an Intensive).

• We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule so we can accommodate your request.

 

4. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate personal information and disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions before participating in our sessions.

• Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek professional help.

 

5. Confidentiality

• All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

 

6. Service Disclaimer

• Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• You acknowledge that our services are for personal growth, well-being, and energetic work.

 

7. Liability Waiver

• By booking a session, you release Power Love Win, its owners, and facilitators from any claims or liabilities that may arise from participation in our services.

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
